BodycamBriefs uses the YouTube player for linked videos and publishes case commentary alongside edited thumbnails. Embedding a video does not establish that every element of the original upload is authorized. Educational purpose and attribution do not automatically resolve rights questions.
Report material you control
Email mmofilter@gmail.com with the page URL, case ID, a description of the material and an explanation of your rights or authorized role. Include a way to contact you and supporting links where appropriate. Please make the request as specific as possible.
Privacy concerns
If an image reveals an identity or personal detail you believe should be protected, identify the location and explain the concern. We can examine the text and thumbnail we publish. Requests concerning the original YouTube upload may also need to be directed to its uploader or YouTube.
How we handle reports
We assess the available information and may correct, replace, restrict or remove material while a concern is investigated. No fixed response deadline or automatic outcome is promised. This page is a general reporting route; it is not a claim that we have registered a statutory DMCA agent.
Attribution and limitations
Linked videos identify their YouTube source. We have not independently verified permissions or public-records provenance for every entry. A public-records release should not be assumed to grant all possible reuse rights. Contact us with specific provenance information so a case page can be improved.
See our editorial policy for how we separate allegations, source reports and final court outcomes.
